HEALTHY BREAKFASTS FOR YOU

Today I share five healthy breakfasts. I love a good breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.

Yoghurtbowl with granola and walnuts

I love a yoghurtbowl. This is by far the breakfast I eat the most. It’s delicious and simple to make. Perfect for a school or workday.

What do you need:

  • Yoghurt
  • One banana
  • Handfull granola
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Scoop of protein

First, mix the yoghurt and protein together. Cut a banana and put it together in the yoghurt with the walnuts, granola en keep mixing! You don’t have to mix it, you can also put it down nicely and take a picture, just like me haha!

Than, moving on to the next breakfast. What do you need for this breakfast?

  • Frozen fruit, I used raspberries and blueberries
  • Yoghurt
  • Scoop of chia seeds
  • Scoop of oatmeal
  • A handful of walnuts

First, mix the frozen fruit and yoghurt in a blender. I’m just always add some yoghurt. I don’t measure it. Than it’s really easy. Add the chia seeds, walnuts and oatmeal and mix it or just like me, put it down nicely and take a picture.

Fast, easy breakfast

Moving on, this one is easy. I love to make this in the morning before work. I usually don’t have much time. I got like a quarter to eat so this breakfast is perfect.
What do you need to make this delicious breakfast:

  • One orange
  • Yoghurt
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Scoop of chia seeds
  • Scoop of oatmeal

Put some yoghurt in a bowl. Remove the peel of the orange and cut it into pieces. Than you add the oatmeal, chia seeds, walnuts and orange to the yoghurt. I love to mix it but if you want to take a picture first, you can put it down nicely.

I like to eat these breakfasts. You can easily replace the fruit or the walnuts for something else. I personally love walnuts but almonds can be delicious to.
